"Adam is fantastic! Responsive, caring, everything you would expect from an agent! Here's my story: With a family of 10 you'll find that sometimes, shit happens. This particular weekend, shit happened to be flowing into our crawlspace! Our bathroom usage (shower, sink, and yes.. the toilet) was being delivered to the space below my home! First thing Monday morning, we started with our plumber. With a few more calls, and a reschedule later (they would be able to visit, but it'll be another hour) they were able to determine that we would DEFINITELY need a cleaning service. It's definitely time to call our agent... Tuesday, we call Adam Winkels State Farm Agency, and Adam immediately went to work from us. He did his job for State Farm - yes, we're making a valid claim, let's connect you with that cleaning service and let me know what the plumber says! Fantastic!! Huge relief, someone is going to help us! Within 30 minutes the cleaning service is scheduled underneath our claim (9am next day - Adam did try for same-day). Early afternoon, we decide to call a 2nd plumber who was also very helpful, and we get a quote and a service date scheduled for immediately after the cleaning. Adam again is very responsive with this quote, and we end the day with just a few minor questions to answer. We were finally able to rest easy! Wednesday morning, Adam follows up letting us know that our adjuster would be contacting us - our adjuster answered those last few questions. Meanwhile, the cleaning service was the true hero of the day - they were already cleaning. We coordinate with the 2nd plumber for payment details and we'll be looking forward to his visit tomorrow! Adam Winkels State Farm Agency was helpful throughout the whole process! Thank You Adam! P.S. You know who just called me and offered a service date in 2-3 weeks? FINALLY, 3 DAYS LATER, MY PLUMBER!! I think I've had it with their shit... 😉"
